The Water and Syrup tank head strain to be controlled, to control the stream.
The blended Beverage falls in the blend tank. The last Brix to be estimated before the filler.
Blending proportion and stream can be accuracy constrained by screw check .
There are 5 tanks Syrup, Water, Mix.Pre-carbonation, Carbonation tank.
Each tank has a view glass with a level test from E&H Germany.
The control of stream from each tank is through level adjusting by siphons move of refreshment starting with one tank then onto the next depending
on levels and request from the filler.
The chilled refreshment from the PHE is showered through an exceptional splash Nozzle into the carbonation tank. which has various punctured plates, this fluid is parted in to a flimsy film. This tank is compressed with CO2 by means of a PID valve. which keeps up with the Co2 pressure as set in the regulator, to do precise carbonation level.
